A new style of catcher’s mask provided an opportunity for stunning new graphics. The job brief was to develop many concepts which would be applied as several clear decals to the mask before being lacquered. Our inspiration derived from many sources: animals, nature, patriotism and baseball imagery. The selected concepts were refined and finished artwork produced to fit the decals to the complex curves of the mask.
