In only three years, we helped Hespeler grow from $2 million to $10 million in sales. We developed their entire line including sticks, gloves and protective gear. Some items benefited from bold new graphics and colours, while others required a complete product redesign involving new tooling. All this while meeting the client's tight deadlines and budget.

work we did for Hespeler. The EPS line involved creating new graphics,
colors, tooling and ideas. The shoulder pad features 'CardiaGuard': an
extra pad that wraps around the side of the body to protect the heart area.
The shinguards and elbows required new shells ergonomically designed for
left and right.
Hespeler Hockey Company has a long and proud heritage in the hockey industry. Its been around since 1908. After capitalizing on this with the production of a "Classic" line of protective gear featuring earthy colours and historic graphics, we thought to do the same with this concept for an ice hockey skate. Notice the use of retro materials and colours like brown leather, tan laces, oxford-shoe detailing. Contrast this with the multi-injection, wraparound outsole; durable plastic toe box; ergonomic fit in the ankle and heel areas; unique multi-colour ballistic nylon panels. Performance of the future with a look to the past!
